Delivery:
Stock Permitting, we aim to despatch all orders within 24 hours of being placed. In the event of an item being out of stock, you will be notified by email or phone,and the goods will not be charged for until they are in stock and ready for despatch.
At times like the end of the season stock levels will run low, If your chosen item is out of stock and is not going to be available again you will also be notified.
If you are ordering from overseas, you maybe subject to import duties and taxes which are levied once the parcel reaches your country. We do not accept responsibility for these taxes.
Delivery Charges:
- UK and Northern Ireland £4.95
- EC Countries £10.00*
- All other Countries £15.00*
All our orders are wrapped in tissue.
* We reserve the right to apply additional delivery charges to any order sent outside of the UK.
Returns:
You may return any products within 10 days of receipt, for a full refund or exchange, providing the products are unworn with the labels intact and still attached.
For all returns you will be required to pay the postage. We strongly advise that you send the parcel Recorded or Special Delivery, as we do not accept responsibility for any returns lost in transit that fail to reach us.
